November 19, 2024 Secondary Insurance Addition to Jarvis Scheduler
With our latest update to the Jarvis Scheduler, our Online Patient Booking software, patients can now enter both primary and secondary insurance information during the appointment scheduling process. This new functionality allows practices to gather comprehensive insurance information upfront, which can reduce administrative follow-up, ensure accurate billing, and streamline the patient check-in process.
How It Works
When a patient is booking online, they’ll now see an option to add secondary insurance information after filling out their primary insurance. This additional section gathers the same insurance details, like insurance carrier name, plan name, group number, and member ID.
