Feb 23, 2023 – Pediatric Specialty KPIs

Purpose

Pediatric Specialty KPIs are geared directly toward your Pedodontics Providers, allowing them to track their progress with confidence in their specific procedures. You can now determine your key performance metrics for general, hygiene, and specialty lines of business, as well as for the overall office. Find Pedo-specific KPIs such as Total Extractions or Total Space Maintainers completed during a timeframe. This will allow you to display key performance metrics by the individual provider, enabling you to better document the performance of your healthcare providers. With the ability to configure metric definitions and calculations, your team and organizations can configure these KPIs to fit their specific needs. Key performance metrics are calculated based on the provider toggles enabled through the Configuration > Provider tab. Simply toggle on the correct Line of Business per Provider in order to ensure accurate and reliable performance management.

Features and Functions

How to enable Pedo KPIs for providers:

Locate the Pediatric Provider in the list located in the Configuration > Providers view.
Select the Pedo toggle to assign your Pediatric KPIs to the provider.
- If you would like to review your KPIs ( need to know more about KPIs?), go to Configuration > KPI > Specialty.
- Notify your Customer Success Manager if you would like to enable or disable any of the KPIs for your locations.
