Review Patient Balances
To find patients with outstanding balances, follow the directions below:
- Go to Front Office Module and click the Collections view.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Patient Balances 30/60/90.
- Filter the table for your desired Aging period.
- Use the breakout button to view patient information on the Patient Modal Card, as well as review what the transactions are in the AR Summary view.
- Use the Activities and Notes section in the Patient Modal Card to track how your call went.
