Review KPIs

Reviewing the progress your team is making on their KPIs is easy using the following steps: 

Solo

1. Go to the Front Office module.
2. Select the KPIs view.
3. Review your KPIs, and use the breakout buttons to see what is positively or negatively affecting your progress towards completing your KPIs. 

Enterprise

1. Go to the KPIs module.
2. Ensure the Main view is selected.
3. Using the dropdown menus at the top, select the date range, and clinic you want to learn more about. 
4. Identify the tile with the Hygiene Reappointment % in the Hygiene section of the page and click the breakout button.
5. Use the table header to filter the breakdown table by your desired criteria.
