Review Case Acceptance

By understanding the percentage of cases which are accepted versus rejected, you can make informed decisions on how to increase revenue, whether that’s through improving treatment planning, increasing patient education efforts, or adjusting fees. To locate this data, use the following steps:

1. Go to the Treatment Miner module.
2. Using the dropdown menus at the top, select the month (you will always view 12 months back from the month that you select), provider, procedure, patient, or line of business you want to learn more about. Click the Update button.
3. Review the table and identify high and low months.
4. To get more detailed information about the Unscheduled Tx, click on the breakout next to the month. Now view individual patient Tx Plans that can be sorted by $ amount.  

**Note: Treatment Acceptance in the Tx Miner always ties the Tx completed to the month in which the Tx was presented to the patient.
