Review Cancellation Percentage
Knowing how and when your clinics are rescheduling their patients can help you identify strategic improvements and revenue loss. To find the YTD cancellation percentage for your practice you can:
Enterprise Only
- Go to the Operations module.
- Go to the Cancellations view.
- Using the dropdowns at the top, refine your data to your desired criteria, and click Update. .
Filter the table by clicking the % Cancelation column header to view which office has your highest and lowest cancelation percentage.
