Optional Steps: Configuring Email or SMS Settings

This step allows you to configure what your emails and texts look like to your patients. These messages are sent to the patient after the appointment is chosen, and the patient will need to confirm they want to reserve the appointment via text or email.

1. From the company page, select the Gear Icon

2. Scroll down to the Mail Settings and Appointment Verification Settings

3. From here you can configure your Mail Settings. This will allow you to configure the subject lines for emails, the mail from name, and the reply-to email. As a note, these settings will apply to the whole organization. Once that has been updated, select “Save

4. For Appointment Verification use the dropdown to select the preferred method of communication, Email Only or SMS + Email.

5. If you select Email Only there are no more steps to be taken. If you select SMS + Email. A new set of settings will populate. Use these settings to configure the text messages that will be sent to clients. Select “save” to save any changes made.

6. Notification Settings: Enter the email address that will be notified for each of the supported appointment lifecycle events. Separate multiple emails using a comma.
