Optional Step: Custom Appointment Success Email / SMS per Location

The Jarvis Scheduler allows you to create an Appointment Success Email or SMS that can be used across all of your locations, or it can be customized on an individual office basis. Please follow the below instructions to customize the Appointment Success Email or SMS for an individual location:

1. Access Jarvis Scheduler Dashboard

2. Find the Location that you want to create a custom Appointment Success Email or SMS page for, click the triple dot dropdown and select Configuration

3. Scroll down to the Mail Settings section and turn on the Override Company Mail Settings toggle.

4. Update the Verification Email Subject Line, Confirmation Email Subject Line, Mail from Name and Reply to Email as needed.

5. Select the Edit button

6. Use the design tools to customize the Thank You page for the location.

7. Select Update, then Save when you are finished updating your email.
