Scheduler by Jarvis

1. The Jarvis Analytics Online Scheduling tool offers specific configurations on how/if same day appointments are displayed.

2. By default, same day appointment availability is disabled.

• • To enable, navigate to the Online Scheduling Configuration
  • Next to the location name, use the three dots to open the location menu
  • Select Edit Location
  • In the Same Day Appointment section, enable the toggle to allow patients to view same day appointment availability when scheduling appointments online.

Embed or I-frame Appointment Availability: 

The Jarvis Analytics Online Scheduling tool also allows you embed or iframe same day appointment availability on your website. This is a unique view that only presents patients with same day appointment availability across multiple locations.

To display the same day appointment view on your website, follow the below steps:

• • 1. Navigate to the Online Scheduling Configuration
    2. Enable Same Day Appointment Availability (see item #2 above for instructions on how to enable)
    3. Once enabled, open the location settings by selection the three dots next to the location name from the main dashboard
    4. Select Code Snippet
    5. Select iFrame or Embedded
    6. Follow steps on screen to embed either into your practice website.
