Finding Patients that Need Hygiene Appointments
To find patients that need a hygiene appointment, follow the directions below:
- Go to Front Office > Schedule View > Click on the Hygiene Reappoint or Hygiene Recall view.
- Filter the Recall Due column until you have the farthest out date.
- Use the breakout button to locate customer information on the Customer Card.
- Use the Notes section in the Customer Card to track your call.
- Use the Actions column to mark it Scheduled, or any of the two provided outcomes as needed. 2.
