All this information is broken down into simply tables that you are free to customize and filter as you see fit. All without having to print out a report.   • Tasks view: This view within the Front office module allows you to manage the progress of unconfirmed appointments, new patients,  No Insurance, Missing Data, and Reminders. Explore the content on this page to learn more.
  • Collections View: here you can explore your 30-60-90 day patient balances, copay collections, and much more. Also unique to Jarvis is the over 120 day filter option.
  • KPIs: A great view to get some feedback on how your efforts are making a difference towards the company's goals.
  • Performance: How you can keep track of the reminders you have resolved in Jarvis.

Hygiene Recall

  • Using the Hygiene Recall Module daily can help front office staff to schedule hygiene recare appointments, allowing them to consistently followed up with patient. This tool provides actionable lists of patients who require a recare appointment but have not pre-booked one, helping to keep schedules full and prevent gaps in care. Morning Huddle

  • Using the Morning Huddle Module daily is can help your team be well-prepared and informed for the day's activities. This tool enables teams to review performance metrics for yesterday, today, and tomorrow with just a click, eliminating the need for manual report pulling. The information icon allows staff to delve deeper into details, such as identifying yesterday’s patients who need follow-up appointments or today’s patients with unscheduled treatment needs. By using the Daily Scorecard, the team leader can provide clear direction and ensure providers are set up for success by reviewing their scheduled production for the day. Regular use of the Morning Huddle Module helps streamline morning meetings, enhances team coordination, and drives overall clinic productivity.
