Review my KPIs – Clinical Team

Regularly reviewing the KPIs can provide critical insights into the financial health of the practice, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. By understanding these metrics, executives can make informed decisions to optimize the performance of their dental office, improve patient care, increase productivity, and maximize profitability. Here is how you can do that: 

Enterprise Only

1. Go to the KPIs module.
2. Ensure the Providers view is selected.
3. Using the dropdown menus at the top, select the date range, and clinic you want to learn more about. Click the Update button.
4. Use the table header to filter the breakdown table by your desired criteria, and review how you are doing on your KPIs.
