Build a Custom Patient List
There are a variety of reasons you might need a list.
- End-of-year marketing campaigns, filling the schedule, generating reminders, locate active patients, etc.
Follow the steps below to build a custom list
- Go to the Patient Portal module
- Click the +Add Filter to build your list. Use as many filters as you need.
- Use the Select All box to select your list
- In this video, we used Status = Active, Remaining Benefits < 300, and Unscheduled Procedures, and selected all the potential ones.
- Click the Export button to create your list as a CSV file.
- Or use this list to generate reminders by clicking the Create Reminder button.
Tip: Ensure you have the Status filter is set to Active so you are only reaching out to active patients. (Active means active in the PMS)
