Purpose

This update to the Solo Main page provides actionable insights that help offices understand how they can impact the current day and build revenue throughout the rest of the month. The Main Module will also provide immediate visibility and access to key revenue-driving workflows upon logging into the platform.

Features and Functions

The redesign of the for Jarvis Solo Main module was made with you, the customer, in mind. This will be your landing page when you log in, and it will allow you to get a high-level overview of the following four areas.

Why these four areas? They are the easiest ways to impact production and have the highest chance of improving it.

Within this redesign, there is a little bit for everyone.

• The office staff can use the Broken Appointments and Unscheduled Treatment views to fill the schedule, all without leaving the Main Module. If you want to track the progress of your calls in Jarvis, you can follow the links to the Front Office module, and use the Action column to update your efforts.
• Hygienists can use the Unscheduled Hygiene Appointment tab to locate patients that need their services.
• The clinical team can take a look at the Patient Balances and the Scheduled Production to give them an idea first thing in the morning of what their morning huddle strategies are to meet their goals and KPIs.
